We have eaten here twice. The service is always on point as is the bread and butter and onion soup. Definitely get the martini service if you like (gin) martinis. And save room for dessert if you can. The first time we ate here we had the steak frites and au poivre. This time, we tried the burger and scallops. The burger was ordered medium and came out well. The scallops were fantastic. We also had the lemon tart and chocolate pot de crème for dessert. Only issue was that two dishes that made it to our table had chips in the edge and there was a spot of sauce on the rim of the bowl the scallops were in. Something I thought would have been caught by expo at the pass.
The place was super cute and the staff was amazing, but the food was just alright. We came for a girls night and ordered several drinks and apps and main entrees. The deviled eggs I ordered were good, but I did find a hair on them. The manager did take care of it and removed it off our tab, but it was still disappointing. Most everyone got French fries and they were quite salty and soggy. I got a steak and ordered medium, but it was definitely cooked medium rare and had a weird piece of tendon that was raw running through it. All of the other entrees were VERY buttery. We ordered a few mushroom tartes and the fish. BUT the chocolate soufflé dessert was AMAZING. The redeeming quality of the restaurant. I would definitely just get that again.
Amazing food! Our server had an Eevee pin on their tie and they were absolutely wonderful! The cheese board and French onion soup were super yummy. I was able to get a spot walking in but a reservation is probably recommended. Don't forget a chocolat pot de crème before you go!
